Tornado Alley

Just a quick note. As most of you know (and I know this because of the sudden rush of emails in my inbox this afternoon), I live in Tornado Alley or more geographically accurate: Oklahoma–where the wind comes sweeping down the plains…

I do want to thank those who’ve emailed or expressed concern on Facebook. As of now, I am perfectly safe as the clouds are moving in and turning darker for the third night in a row of severe weather with possible tornados.

Other than the weather issues, all of my other outside responsibilities are coming to a pressure-filled, time consuming close as the end of school is this week, followed by a week of intense training for a bicycling fundraiser I’m participating in. Then, it’s back to books and blogs. Just bear with me. Oh, and I’ll catch up on comments over the next few days!

    1. Thank you so much. For me personally, the storms are gone, but there is so much to be done in that area and the organizations that have stepped up to help have been wonderful in doing so.

    1. I live more in the eastern side of the state. I’m closer to Tulsa than OKC, not that that helps you much. LOL

Oh and it has just been SO sad to watch it, hasn’t it?
