12 Days of Christmas Giveaway!

All right ladies and gents, I am going to try my hand at my first (annual?–That’ll depend how it goes!) 12 Days of Christmas GiveawayExtravaganza where I’m giving away so many prizes, I actually had to tell my husband not to visit my blog or he might faint!

12 Days of Christmas

Starting on December the 14th and ending on the 25th, I will be giving away items that range from a signed paperback to an entire series to gift cards that reach the triple digits and even a Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet!

For the first 11 days: Dec. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, I will ask a question on my blog, some will be random questions, some will be trivia questions, and hopefully all will be fun. From the comments section, I will choose one (1) random commenter each day to win the daily prize.

On the 25th, I will select a name from ALL the comments left over  on all of the previous entries for one person to win the grand prize of a Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet.

But wait, there’s more…

In addition to the grand prize being Kindle Fire or the 11 daily winners chosen from the commenters, there are more ways to win than just to comment.

There are four ways you can enter:

1. Comment–answer the question, not right or wrong answers just as long as you answer the question. Each day the comments start over for the daily prizes, but all comments will roll over for entries into the final prize. So comment on all 11 posts, and you’ll get 11 entries to win the grand prize.

2. Share the post–I’ll add a link to the post on Facebook and Twitter (hashtag: #RG12Days). For each post shared/RT’ed (I must pause here and tell you all that I know nothing about Twitter and I’m only including this on here because I know some of you prefer Twitter to FB. However, I understand very little of the lingo or how it works, so feel free to correct me at any time), you’ll be entered to win the grand prize for the “sharers” that will be announced on the 25. So, share all 11 posts, and you’ll get 11 entries.

3. Like the post–If you don’t want to comment and/or share, just like the post. On the final day, I’ll go through and collect a list of all the names of those who’ve “liked” each of my posts and select three random names two a prize. As before, the more posts you like, the better your chances.

4. Just like me (even if you don’t!)–On the final day, I’ll select seven random people who’ve liked my Facebook Page, whether they’ve liked, shared, commented or not, to receive a prize as well.

So what are the Prizes?

Eleven Daily Prizes will be chosen at random to win one of the following: a signed book from my backlist (winner’s choice), a complete signed series from my backlist, or an Amazon or B&N gift card in the amount of 25, 50, or 100 USD.

And on the 12th day:

Grand Prize taken from collective comments: Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet

Grand Prize taken from collective sharers on Facebook and Twitter: $150 Amazon or B&N gift card

Three prizes from those who’ve liked the post on Facebook or RT’ed: A complete signed series from my back list, winner’s choice (two winners for this). All nine signed paperbacks in my current backlist–one winner.

Final day prize for seven random Facebook or Twitter followers: one signed paperback from my backlist, winner’s choice.

**Facebook changed their means of showing posts, so if you want to see the daily post, but it’s not showing up on you Facebook newsfeed, either A. subscribe here, or B. search me out each day on FB and on my wall you’ll find the post.

***Winners will be announced here the following day as well as emailed. If you do not contact me back to claim your prize within one (1) week, your prize will be forfeited.

****I don’t like cheating. Nix that, I detest cheating. Enter every day and in all four ways if you wish, but please do it only once. Anyone caught using multiple screen names for duplicate entries will have their name removed from the drawing. Sorry, but it’s the only way to be fair.

    1. You’re most welcome on both counts (frankly, I’m terrible at FB and even worse at Twitter, but I know tons of people love those and would rather like or share than comment so it helps everyone).

  1. So my niece Kaylee has been talking about you and she know I love to read. I am going to download some of your boos to my iPad, is there a recommended set to start with, or an order of books to read? I’m very excited about your Twelve Days of Chistmas giveaway.

    1. Teach532, I have two suggestions. You can start with the first book I wrote, Intentions of the Earl, which is free on iBooks for your iPad. Or you can start in chronological order with His Contract Bride, which takes place roughly 30 years prior. I wrote them out of order because at the time I hadn’t intended to write His Contract Bride or the one that follows it, His Yankee Bride. I wrote those after some readers had asked me if I would “go back in time” and write how the parents in the first and second series I wrote met and fell in love.
