1. Spam Control
For those who follow me on Facebook and/or Twitter you might be slightly shocked to see me post two times in as many days. Over the last 18 months, I have tried very diligently not to be one of those spammers by only posting what seemed to be important or what I thought a large majority would be interested in…but alas, for sake of convenience and keeping people informed, I have opted to have my blog stream to my Facebook and Twitter accounts. Fear not, as it is, I only post about 3-4 times per week and only once has it ever been more than once a day, so your newsfeed should not be clogged with my spam. However, with this change, I would like to invite any of you who’ve never read my blog to look around–you won’t even have to dig that deep to find articles that might make you question my sanity (or even your own for following me).
2. Another Blog Hop
Starting tomorrow, I will be participating in another blog hop–this time I’ll be talking about every romance reader’s favorite part of a novel: the hero. I know these hops can get kind of hectic, especially if you subscribe to the comment feed, so I try not to do them too often, but come out and comment. I’ll personally be offering a prize of a $50, plus you can enter to win in the grand prize giveaway which consists of a Kindle Fire or Nook Tablet, winner’s choice, another $50 gift card for B&N or Amazon or a seriously oversized box of swag, including my entire Groom Series in signed paperback.
Following yesterday’s post about the history of nail polish wear, body hair and odor was brought up. I had a moment of sheer elation when I learned that I was correct on the origin of ladies shaving their legs in America! I’ll write a full article on it in the next few weeks.
